4:15- Entrance of Ladies and Gentlemen, our event will begin shortly.
4:30pm audience and Kindly switch off your mobile phone or set it to silent
participants mode and please rise as soon as the MC announces

Welcome to the closing ceremony of the Malaysia
Cube Championship 2018. We will be your masters of
ceremony of the night.

4:35- Safety briefing Ladies and Gentlemen, please be seated. As your


4:40pm safety is our first priority, we would like to present you
our safety briefing in case of an emergency.

Ladies and gentleman,


You are now in the seminar room 6,7,8, Undercoft,
Chancellor Complex, Universiti Teknologi Petronas.

Please pay attention to the safety briefing.

This briefing aims to provide information to you about


the evacuation plans in the event of an emergency.

For your information, the building is equipped with an


automatic fire alarm system. And for your safety,
please observe the door out of this hall.

If a warning alarm sounds, please stay calm. Our


officers will investigate and inform the real situation.

When there is an emergency, please follow the


evacuation procedures that have been set.

First, please leave the hall by the exit near you.


Second, please follow the instructions of our officers to
move to the assembly point.
For your safety, please be careful when moving out of
the hall and while walking to the assembly point.

Third, please remain at the assembly point. This is for


the purpose of ‘Head counts’ and to ensure that no
victim is left in the hall.

Finally, our officers will give the order to disperse


when the situation is under control and safe.

4:40- National Anthem Ladies and Gentlemen, please rise for the national

today as we reminisce the nostalgic moments and the
great experiences throughout the competition. Sit

5:25- Mock Cheque Next, we will proceed with the mock cheque
5:45pm presentation. We would like to call upon Sponsorship
Department to come on stage to receive the mock
cheque from Mr. Adam Reduan Chin, project director
of the Malaysia Cube Championship 2018.

6:30- Closing remarks With that, this event has come to an end. On behalf of
6:35pm the organizers and sponsors for the Malaysia Cube
Championship 2018, I would like to thank all for
attending this ceremony and make this event a

distinguished guests for spending your precious time
with us tonight for this closing ceremony. Also, to all
participants, we hope these wonderful experiences will
be deeply engrained in your soul regardless of whether
you had won or lost. Once again, congratulations to all
winners for your great achievements. On behalf of all

if we have done any mistakes throughout the
competition period. The Malaysia Cube Championship
