Saturday 6th. November – Coonans Bridge Reserve working bee. With flood damage and the flush of spring
growth, the reserve needs a good tidying-up, so come along with brushcutters, hoes, wheelbarrows and shovels for
spreading mulch, etc. Also bring mosquito repellant! Meet at the Landcare sign on the Broadford-Flowerdale Road at
9am. Morning tea provided.
Sunday 14th. November – Wildflower drive/walk and picnic in Tallarook Forest. Meet at the Pioneer Reserve at
10.30am with picnic lunch, chairs, cameras, binoculars and any other essentials.
Sunday 5th December – End-of-year get-together. Join us at the Strath Creek Hall at 5.30pm to view a DVD of
“Parrots of Australia”, followed by a basket meal. Please bring a plate to share and your drink of choice. Let Janet
