December – regarding.
Sir,
We have decided to conduct the Half yearly and two Pre-board Exams as per the schedule given
in Appendix –I in the month of November –December – January in case of Summer closing Vidyalayas
and in the months of November/December in case of Winter closing Vidyalays. The date sheet for First
Pre-Board and Half yearly Exam in case of summer closing Vidyalayas is given in Annexure –I and for
Second Pre- Board in Annexure –III. The date sheet for First and Second Pre- Board case of winter
closing Vidyalayas is given in Annexure –II.
The first Pre-Board Exam will be organized at Vidyalaya level.
However , the question papers (CD version) for Second Pre-Board will be supplied by Regional
Office in due course of time separately.

(3) The Principals must ensure proper evaluation as per answer key. Any
lapse in this regard either in terms of inflated marks or under
evaluation will be dealt with seriously.
Second Pre-Board 4th January to 12th st
21 November to (1) The Examinations will be organized at Regional level and question
(X & XII) January 2010. 2nd December papers (CD Version) will be supplied to Cluster-in-charges for further

Annexure –II) (2) The answer books will be evaluated at Vidyalaya level as per the
answer key to be supplied with question papers.
(3) The Principals must ensure proper evaluation as per answer key. Any
