Crop rotation requires that each category or type be planted in a different sub-division of the bed
every season. This is important because crop rotation (root, leaf, legume and fruit crops) aimed at
regenerating soils and breaking pest life cycles. This is also necessary to keep the cycle going and to
provide a suitable, healthy environment for plants to grow.
