Box 6222 Indianapolis, IN 46206 Dear Mr. Worlock, (On November 1, 2018 the decision regarding the University of Mississippi (University) appeal of infractions Case No. 00561 (Decision No. 487) was rendered. Following the decision, the University reviewed the Participation history of each student-athlete identified in a Level | or Level Il violation in the infractions case report. Subsequently, the University communicated with the NCAA media coordination and statistics staff as well as the Southeastern Conference to confirm which wins should be vacated as required by the decision. Below is a summary of the participation and eligibility status of each of the 12 student-athletes cited who enrolled at the University and attached is a spreadsheet showing individual participation by each of the involved student-athletes. Four student-athletes named, Student-Athlete 39, Student-Athlete 40, Student- Athlete 7 and Student-Athlete 8 never enrolled at the Univer 2010 Season Five student-athletes cited in the infractions decision, Student-Athlete 12, Student-Athlete 9, Student-Athlete 10, Student-Athlete 14 and Student-Athlete 11, were enrolled at the University for the 2010 season. Student- Athlete 9, Student-Athlete 10 and/or Student-Athlete 11 participated in victories versus Tulane, Fresno State, Kentucky and UL-Lafayette. Accordingly, those four wins and associated individual statistics will be vacated, 2011 Season Three student-athletes cited in the infractions decision, Student-Athlete 12, Student-Athlete 14 and Student- Athlete 11 were enrolled at the University during the 2011 season. Student-Athlete 12, Student-Athlete 14 and/or Student-Athlete 11 participated in victories versus Southern Illinois and Fresno State, Accor those two wins and associated individual statistics will be vacated. 2012 Season Three student-athletes cited in the infractions decision, Student-Athlete 12, Student-Athlete 14 and Student- Athlete 11 were enrolled at the University during the 2012 season. Student-Athlete 12, Student-Athlete 14 and/or Student-Athlete 11 participated in victories versus Central Arkansas, UTEP, Tulane, Auburn, Arkansas, Mississippi State and Pittsburgh (BBVA Compass Bowl). Accordingly, those seven wins and associated individual statistics will be vacated. In addition, the BBVA Compass Bowl trophy will be returned. 2013 Season Six student-athletes cited in the infractions decision, Student-Athlete 12, Student-Athlete 13, Student-Athlete 5, Student-Athlete 14, Student-Athlete 11 and Student-Athlete 1 were enrolled at the University during the Oh-Mls. «SOB ALL-AMERICAN ORIVE UNIVERSITY, MS 38677 01662-915.72a1 OLEMIsssPoRTS.com 2013 season. Neither Student-Athlete 13 nor Student-Athlete 5 participated during the 2013 season. Student- ‘Athlete 12 (August 27, 2013) and Student-Athlete 14 (September 25, 2013) were reinstated prior to their participation in in the 2013 season. Student-Athlete 11 and/or Student-Athlete 1 participated in victories versus Vanderbilt, Southeast Missouri State, Texas, LSU, Idaho, Arkansas and Troy. Accordingly, those seven wins and associated individual statistics will be vacated. 2014 Season Three student-athletes cited in the infractions decision, Student-Athlete 5, Student-Athlete 6 and Student- Athlete 1, were enrolled at the University during the 2014 season. Student-Athlete 5 (February 21, 2014) and Student-Athlete 6 (September 9, 2014) were reinstated prior to their participation in the 2014 season. Student-Athlete 5 sat out the first two games as a condition of his reinstatement while Student-Athlete 6 was reinstated by the University following repayment of the value of his violations which was less than $100. Student-Athlete 1 competed in victories versus Boise State, Vanderbilt, UL-Lafayette, Memphis, Alabama, Texas A&M, Tennessee and Mississippi State. Accordingly, those eight wins and associated individual statistics will be vacated. 2015 Season ‘Three student-athletes cited in the infractions decision, Student-Athlete 2, Student-Athlete 5 and Student- Athlete 1 were enrolled at the University during the 2015 season. Student-Athlete 5 (February 21, 2014) was reinstated prior to his participation. Student-Athlete 2 was reinstated in September 2015 after being withheld from the first two competitions as a condition of his reinstatement. Student-Athlete 1 was reinstated in October 2015 after being withheld from the first seven competitions as a condition of his reinstatement. 2016 Season Two student-athletes cited in the infractions decision, Student-Athlete 41 and Student-Athlete 5, were enrolled at the University during the 2016 season. Student-Athlete 5 (February 21, 2014) was reinstated prior to his participation. Student-Athlete 41 participated in victories versus Wofford, Georgia, Memphis, Georgia Southern and Texas A&M. Accordingly, those five wins and associated individual statistics will be vacated. Please accept this as the University’s written report as required by the decision.
