User'S Feedback Survey Questionnaire: Strategic Decisions Effectiveness
I. Introduction
The User’s Feedback Survey Questionnaire is a tool used to gather the opinion of
the users on the key policy issuances of TESDA. Specifically, it intends to get
feedback on the satisfaction of users to the various policy issuances formulated
and disseminated to the concerned stakeholders. The survey adopts TESDA’s
quality policy as the primary criteria/framework, in accordance with the goal of
serving its customers better. Further, the results of the survey will provide TESDA
reference in further improving the formulation of policies/guidelines for TESDA
programs/services.
Rest assured that all the information will be provided in this survey will be held
strictly confidential. Likewise, it will only be used to provide the management
references on the how to enhance the development of policies/guidelines.
