4 Each unit supply shall include, but not be limited to the following:

6 - sealing system according to API std. 682
7 - electric motor driver,75 kW and above, shall be provided with space heater and one PTC for phase
8 - steel diaphragm flexible type coupling with spacer and no sparking type coupling guard
9 - fabricated steel base plate common to pump, driver and all mechanical seal auxiliaries (DRAIN RIM)
10 - lubrication system
11 - casing drains connections provided with valves and flanges, extended to terminate at the base plate edge
12 - casing vents provided with valves and flanges
13 - locally mounted instruments and safety devices, if any
14 - interconnecting auxiliary piping inside the unit assembly shall be 316L S.S. made and
15 flanged (3/4” min.) at base plate edge
16 - set of special tools necessary for the installation, commissioning and maintenance

28 - SEALING SYSTEM INSTRUMENTATION CHARACTERISTICS:
29 Instrument symbols and identification shall be in accordance with ISA S.5.1 (please, refers to project
30 document 10J01762-PRO-DW-000-001_3 - Symbol and legend for P&IDs (Instrumentation)).
31 All instruments shall be identified by tag numbers using stainless steel tag attached to the instrument.
32 Electrical field instruments shall be certified flameproof enclosures type (Ex-d IIB T3 min, to be
33 confirmed later). Mechanical protection shall be IP-65 (min) as per IEC 60529 for electronic instruments
34 and IP-55 (min) for mechanical instruments. Instrument electrical connections shall have isometric thread
35 ISO M20. Switches shall be provided with hermetically sealed voltage free contacts, single pole,
36 double throw (SPDT), rating 2A@24VDC. Technical bulletins, material certificates, mechanical/electrical
37 protection certificates, calibration certificates for instrumentation shall be as per purchaser requisition
38 documents.
39 - NPSHA is preliminary and will be confirmed when detail engineering of pump station will be completed
