The MP 2001SP/MP 2501SP bring new possibilities to workgroups and small businesses. On
their own, the A3 black and white MFPs provide productive and economical printing, copying
and colour scanning. And that’s just part of their appeal. The devices can also be integrated
with software offering everything from electronic workflows to remote management. Other
features normally found on higher speed devices include a customisable 4.3 inch colour
touchscreen display and optional HDD. Now even small businesses can enjoy the cost
savings and process efficiencies enjoyed by large enterprises.

Fast & Productive

The MP 2001SP/MP 2501SP lets you get more done, more quickly. A
first page out in less than six seconds ensures a rapid job turnaround.
And, with print speeds of up to 25ppm, even large documents are soon
ready. Colour scanning at up to 50 images per minute extends the
productivity benefits to digital workflows.

Easy to Use & Compact

Clever design maximises efficiency and MFP availability. A 4.3 inch
colour touchscreen gives one-touch access to functions and
personalised workflows. Front access lets you remove paper jams and
remote management ensures trouble-free operation. The space-saving
cube design lets you position the MFPs exactly where they are needed.

Economical & Efficient

The MP 2001SP/MP 2501SP are economical in every way. Energy-
efficient operation keeps your electricity bills low and automatic double-
sided printing cuts paper use. A dedicated ID Copy button saves time
and paper by copying both sides of an ID card onto one side of paper.
An eco-screen encourages good practice by showing users the savings
they have made.
Product features
Colour touchscreen
The 4.3-inch colour touchscreen gives fast access to key features. It is
tiltable and customisable with your company logo and your own choice
of icons. You can even personalise it for each user. An integrated SD/
USB slot enables walk-up users to print directly from removable storage
devices.

GWNX controller
The solutions-ready GWNX controller brings high-end functionality to the
MP 2001SP/MP 2501SP. With support for embedded and server-based
solutions, it lets you streamline processes and improve device
management. Or raise productivity by applying the same interface to
every MFP on your network.

Enhanced features with optional HDD

The optional hard disk maximises the benefits of your investment by
enabling advanced features. Use it for secure printing. To personalise
the home screen for each user. Or to preview files when printing from
USB storage devices. HDD encryption and overwrite guarantee data
security.

Colour scanner
The colour scanner lets you improve document processes. Scan to
email, folder or USB. Or to PDF-A for archiving. For one-touch
workflows, add a GlobalScan NX icon to the control panel. Scan
previews provide reassurance that a document has scanned correctly.
