& grease chamber, aeration tank,
sedimentation tank, sludge holding tank and
effluent storage tank for the followings :-
a) Remove any screening attached
b) Remove any grit
c) Check sump pump discharge normally
and pump float switch should be set in

d) Check any oil and grease level visually.


Skim off floating debris and clean up oil
particles stick at the wall with water

e) Check aeration water dissolve oxygen


using D.O meter, reading should 1 to 3 ppm.
f) Check sedimentation tank for any scum.
Remove it which float on the surface and
clear the scum skimmer

g) Visual check the sludge volume, if 50% of


the tank volume, desludging is necessary

2 Check control panel for wiring and system


operation in order

Check air blower operation, top-up level if


3 lowered than indicated minimum level and
check belt is in good
