powerful mobile experiences that enable consumers and businesses to connect to their information in
more useful and usable ways. The company’s groundbreaking Palm webOS platform, designed
exclusively for mobile application, introduces true multitasking and Palm Synergy, which brings your
information from the many places it resides into a single, more comprehensive view of your life.
The main focus of this project is serving their customers timely and efficiently. The application is
implemented in Siebel Call Centre to effectively handle the Service Requests and maintaining Accounts,
Contacts, Products and Assets.
Responsibilities:
• Customized user interface objects such as Applets, Views and Screens.
• Configured Joins, Links and MVG as per business requirements.
• Configured Static and Dynamic Pick list.
• Configuring Application using Siebel tools
• Developed as per the Technical specifications, different Business objects and Business
components.
• Configured, modified, customized Siebel applications using Siebel Tools in accordance with the
business requirements.
• Preparing IFB files to enable Siebel EIM process.
• Involved in Post Import analysis for errors, rejects and re-importing

Project Description:
Agilent Technologies is a measurement and instrument company headquartered in Santa Clara,
California. Agilent's roots lie in the founding of Hewlett-Packard in 1939. This project was carried out to
provide the Level 2 support for Siebel application to improve customer service level while ensuring 24X7
systems availability.
This project is mainly to provide Level 2 and level 3 support for Siebel application for the various
business processes like Service Order Management, Service Agreements, Service Delivery, Installed
Base Management, Contacts Management, Spare Parts Management, Analytics on the supported
processes etc
Responsibilities:
• Developed the Application using the Object types in the Data Object Layer, Business
Object Layers and User Interface Layer .
• Account, Opportunities, Contacts and Products modules Configuration.
• Created and configured Various Joins, Applets, Form, List, Pick List, Multi Value Group,
Applets to meet Customers Requirement.
• Analyzing log files to find the Errors occurred.

Project Description:
Epsom and Ewell Borough Council is responsible for a comprehensive range of public
services on behalf of citizens, from social services and healthcare to planning, recreation, and waste
removal, This Call center application significantly enhances the way the Council interacts with its citizens.
Whatever type of inquiry the citizen has -- whether it concerns Council tax, local environment issues,
building control, or recreation facilities -- The Council is keen to develop its use of Siebel CRM as the
contact centre expands into other areas.
