NOTICE OF ESTOPPEL AND STIPULATION OF CONSTITUTIONAL CHALLENGE TO ALL TEXAS STATE

STATUTES WHERE No general law affecting private rights shall be varied in any particular case by

special legislation except with the free consent in writing of all persons to be affected thereby; AND

TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to 1876 Texas Constitution ARTICLE III Section 56 as ratified without

subsequent amendments. Legislature shall not, except as otherwise provided in this Constitution,

pass any local or special law authorized affecting the estates of minors or persons under disability.

Laws of a general nature shall have uniform operation throughout the State and no special law shall be

enacted in any case for which provision has been made by an existing general law.

No general law affecting private rights shall be varied in any particular case by special legislation

except with the free consent in writing of all persons to be affected and thereby no person under legal

disability to contract is capable of such consent. ARTICLE XVI General Provisions Section 48: All laws and

parts of laws now in force in the State of Texas, which are not repugnant to the

Constitution of the United States, or to this Constitution, shall continue and remain in force as laws of

this State until they expire by their own limitation or shall be amended or repealed by the Legislature.

Section 53: That no inconvenience may arise from the adoption of this Constitution, it is declared

that all process and writs of all kinds which have been or may be issued and not returned or

executed when this Constitution is adopted, shall remain valid, and shall not be, in any way,

affected by the adoption of this Constitution. ARTICLE I Section. 28. No power of suspending laws in this

State shall be exercised except by the Legislature. ARTICLE I Section. 29. PROVISIONS OF BILL OF RIGHTS

ACCEPTED FROM POWERS OF GOVERNMENT; TO FOREVER REMAIN INVIOLATE. To guard against

transgressions of the high powers herein delegated, we declare that everything in this "Bill of Rights" is

accepted out of the general powers of government and shall forever remain inviolate and all

laws contrary thereto or to the following provisions shall be void. AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT I,

Sole, dba MELISSA JEAN POOL®™ did not consent for me or my private property to be a 14th

Amendment citizen of the U.S., or State of Texas or any other State in writing or any other consent
especially since this was done when I was a baby. 1876 Texas Constitution (as ratified without

subsequent Amendments)

Melissa Jean Pool did not consent for me or my private property to being a 14th amendment citizen of

the U.S. OR state of TEXAS OR any other state in writing or any other consent, especially since

this was done when I was a baby, when contracts like, the birth certificate and Social

Security number was issued in the above mention names, which would have put me under legal

disability to contract, and not capable of such a contract, as the above mention 1876 Texas Constitution

said.

AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT I “Pool, Melissa Jean” Reserve my right to sue You and all Your

agencies and contractors for using my name and my property POOL, MELISSA JEAN d/b/a/ MELISSA

JEAN POOL®™ ens legis.

AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT the material facts giving rise to the constitutional question are as

near as may be, nor without probable cause supported by oath or affirmation particularly

describing the place or places to be searched and the persons or things to be seized; violated

in the past.

AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT I DEMAND for you to put the name Pool, Melissa Jean sole corp.

dba. MELISSA JEAN POOL®™ ON THE DO NOT STOP, DO NOT DETAIN LIST FOR TEXAS and all the OTHER

STATES.

I reserve all my rights protected by above said Texas Constitution and do not waive any part of

my rights, abide by your oaths to it. I also have a ten billion dollar lien on the names that are my

property and there will be a charge of $9,000.00 and up dollars against you and your agencies or

contractors, which this is your contract where you agree to pay this amount to me Pool, Melissa Jean in

the Name MELISSA JEAN POOL FOR THE TRESPASS of my inalienable rights, protected by the 1876 Texas
