PT. Pertamina (Persero) is a Government Company that has an


authority from the Government to distribute fuel oil (Bahan Bakar
Minyak - BBM) to all corners of Indonesia. In the distribution of fuel,
there are several modes of transportation used such as through ships, pipelines and tank
truck. Especially in Java, the role of pipelines in the proces distribution of fuel is very vital.
For West Java, in the area Bandung and surrounding, fuel supply comes from 2 locations of
BBM Terminal (TBBM). Those are TBBM Ujung Berung and TBBM Padalarang. Both TBBM
get fuel supply from TBBM Lomanis located in Cilacap, Central Java which is pumped
through Cilacap-Bandung I (CB-I) and Cilacap-Bandung II (CB-II).
Development of Fast Train Railway (Jalur Kereta Cepat) to be undertaken by PT. Kereta
Cepat Indonesia China (PT. KCIC) from Jakarta to Bandung where based on the Lay Out
Plan Plan will be clashed to the Cilacap-Bandung II (CB-II) Pipe Line owned by PT.
Pertamina in Purbaleunyi Toll Road KM 127 + 560 to KM 138 + 440 Line A and KM 145 +
800 to KM 147 + 850 Line B.
