I MARCIA JUNE ROBBINS Of 20 Market street, Mandeville, HEREBY revoke

all former Wills and testamentary dispositions made by me and declare this to my
last Will.

Executors

1. (a) I HEREBY appoint my brother NORMAN ROBBINS of 52 Lavinia


Avenue Portmore, (hereinafter ‘Norman’) to be the sole executor and trustee
of this my Will but if he dies before me
(b) I APPOINT the Partners at the date of my death in the firm of Kunte,
Holxein & Browne, Attorneys-at-law, 25 Kings street, Mandeville, Jamaica
or the firm which at the date has succeeded to and carries on its practice to
be the executors and trustee of this my will
(c) I DECLARE that the expression ‘my Trustee’ shall include the trustees
or trustee for the time being hereof whether original or substituted.

Residue
2. MY Trustee shall hold the whole of my estate not otherwise disposed of by
this my Will or any Codicil to it upon trust either to retain or sell it and
(a) to pay my debts funeral and testamentary expenses
(b) to pay the residue (‘the trust Fund’) to Norman for his own use and
benefit absolutely if he survive me by thirty days the following provisions
shall take effect
(c) to pay the Trust Fund to my nephews GEORGE ROBBINS and
THOMAS ROBBINS as shall survive me and attain a vested interest and if
more than one in equal shares but if any of them shall die before me leaving
a child or children living at my death then such child or children shall on
reaching eighteen take equally the share which their parent would otherwise
have taken

Trustee Administration Clauses


3. (a) The Standard Provisions of the Wills Act shall apply save as hereinafter
provided
(b) In my Will and any Codicil to it the expression ‘my Trustees’ means
(where the context requires) my personal representatives for the time
being who act lawfully in the administration of my estate or the Trustees for
the time being
