It’s 12 o’clock, and I’m sitting in the canteen with my classmate Jacob. I’ve got a Geography
lesson later. Geography is a difficult subject. Some girls from my biology class are sitting on
the stairs chatting, but my friend Joanna is still in the classroom. She’s taking an exam.
Joanna’s quite good at PE, but she’s shy. That’s why she hates after-school activities. A group
of children from my maths class are playing chess in the corridor because the teacher is having
