Order type: - Drop down should show all order type mentioned in Order type user parameter. By
default Breakdown order type mentioned in breakdown field should come.

Building Name: - Same as confirmation logic

Equipment: - Same as confirmation logic.

Status: - Same as confirmation Logic.

Basic Start date & time: - Default system date & time should come. User can change that as per his
wish

Priority: - Default show drop down 1 DAY, 3 DAYS, 7 DAYS, 15 DAYS, 30 DAYS. Priority is mandatory
entry.

Basic end date & time: - Hide this no need to show. Based on start date & time add day and update
in Basic end date & time.

Assign in house & Vendor: - Same as confirmation logic.

Default values: - Same as confirmation Logic.

Operation description: - User will type description here. Save as operation number 10. He can type
as number of operation keep on saving as operation 20, operation 30. Giving one operation is
mandatory.

Rest all tabs: - Are same as confirmation logic.

Print button: - If ticked it will print the maintenance order wihout asking any pop-up.

Breakdown create button: - From confirmation button when this button is pressed. All fault ticked
in maintenance order will be copied as breakdown order operations.

Store preventive maintenance order in Breakdown order notification reported by field (QMNAM).
