APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FROM INDIAN CITIZENS FOR APPOINTMENT TO THE POST
OF PROBATIONARY OFFICERS (REFER ADVERTISMENT IN TIMES OF INDIA (ASCENT
COLUMN) DATED 13.10.2010)
Eligible candidates are requested to send the application with full particulars in the enclosed format
along with a Demand Draft towards application fee, including postal charges.

1. Eligibility Criteria :
Qualification : Graduates in any discipline (minimum 50% marks) with knowledge of Computer
operations from a recognized University / Institution.
Probationary Officers : 8000- 470/9- 12230- 630/1– 12860 – 470/2 – 13800 – 500/5- 16300
In addition to the above, Dearness Allowance, HRA, CCA, Medical Aid, Hospitalization expenses,
Leave Fare Concession, Conveyance, Business Development etc shall be paid as per Company’s
rules (Salary scales are under revision). Perquisites like Quarters etc shall be provided as per
Company’s rules.
3. Nationality/ Citizenship:
The requisite fee/postage of Rs.300/- (Rupees. Three Hundred Only) must be paid by means of a
crossed Demand Draft issued by any Scheduled Commercial Bank payable at Bangalore favouring
“Can Fin Homes Ltd.”.
If any candidate is found to be ineligible, the application fees will not be refunded.
Payment of application fee by Cash/Cheque/Money Orders/Postal Orders etc will not be accepted.
Candidates must write his/her name, date of birth on the reverse of the Demand Draft.
Last Date: Application should reach the following address on or before 28.10.2010 duly super
scribing “Application for the post of Probationary Officer” on the envelope and application
received after the last date or not in conformity with the above format will be rejected.
The selection for the post is on the basis of qualifying in the written test and performance in
interview.
• Wrong answers will attract negative marks. Other details regarding the written test will be
sent along with the call letter for written examination.
• Depending on the number of vacancies, such of those candidates who rank sufficiently high
in the order of merit in the written test as per Company will only be called for interview.
• The Company would be free to reject the candidature of any candidate at any stage of the
recruitment process, if he/she is found to be ineligible candidate and the fees paid by
candidate shall be forfeited.
Tentatively the written test fixed on Sunday the 21st November 2010. The exact venue address
of the test etc will be intimated in the call letter for written examination. The candidates are also
required to visit the website of the Company in future in this regard.
Candidates applying for the post of Probationary Officers have to select any of the following centres
for written test/interview and should mention the same in the application form.
7. Probation
One year from the date of joining the services of the Company.
8. Call Letters
All the communications viz, call letters for test/interview etc., will be sent to the correspondence
address given by the candidate. Request for sending to different addresses subsequently will not be
accepted.
An eligible candidate who do not receive the test call letters by 14.11.2010, may contact the
Company’s Office/Branch at the respective test centre to enable the Company to take immediate
remedial action for issuing duplicate call letter.
Call letters for attending Interview – The candidates who qualify in the written test & rank
sufficiently high will only be called for the Interview and Interview letter shall be sent by post to the
candidates so qualified.
a) Candidates have to send their hard copy of the application in the prescribed format to the
address mentioned above.
b) Candidate may mention their valid personal e-mail ID, if any in the application.
c) Candidates should ensure that they fit into the eligibility criteria before applying. The
Company reserves right to reject ineligible candidate’s application at any stage.
d) The Application once made will not be allowed to be withdrawn and the fee once paid will
not be refunded.
e) Applications, which are incomplete in any respect, will be rejected.
f) Affix a recent passport size photograph on the application and sign it across.
g) The Company will not be responsible for any loss of application in transit or for rejection of
candidature for non-receipt and application received after last date will not be entertained.
h) Candidates serving in Government/Public Sector Undertakings should submit “No Objection
Certificate” from their employer at the time of interview, in the absence of which their
candidature will not be considered.
i) Only candidates willing to serve anywhere in India should apply for the above post.
j) Individual application must be accompanied by Demand Draft for requisite fee amount.
k) The Company shall not be responsible for an application being rejected, which is based on
wrong information provided in the application form/unauthorized person/institution.
l) Canvassing in any form will be treated as disqualification.
m) No candidate is permitted to use Calculator, Cell phone, pager or any other instrument in
the examination hall.
Candidates in their own interest are advised to submit their application well in time before the last
dates. Applications received after the last date shall be rejected.
