Summary:
IResearch - It is a web-based platform to conduct global, customized and complex
quantitative market research online. It is a suite of applications comprising of a desktop
application generating questionnaires, which are hosted in a web application framework. It
integrates primary and secondary research results for effective segmentation, targeting and
generates customizable reports.
The product is presently undergoing migration from ASP/COM based platform to the .Net
framework based platform with the current state of the product being hybrid. Currently it has both
managed and unmanaged components, aspx and asp pages living together as part of the system.
Proactive involvement in design, development and unit testing of various modules of the product
suite
Responsibilities include integration, building and deployment of the application suite.
Demonstrated applied knowledge as part of the product development team for iResearch and
have successfully worked through four major and one minor product releases.

Last Release
In this release of iResearch one of main enhancements required is on the Reporting side. The
platform needs to be able to automate the process for Survey/Study analysis for marketRx clients
(finally created as Microsoft PowerPoint presentations) typically done at the completion of a market
research study. This will cut down on the time needed to present the analysis of Market Research
team, for requirement of a particular study, to the client and improve overall efficiency of the
business process. This will meet approximately 80% of the business need in terms of the different
types of analysis done within a study, the details of which are given in later sections. Any custom
analysis not handled by the platform will be done using existing tools (like SPSS) and integrated with
the output from the platform.
