SAP SD & MM INTEGRATION: 1. Sales and materials management in SAP are integrated in several ways, including assigning plants to sales organizations and distribution channels to facilitate sales from those combinations. 2. Another integration point is that material master records in MM must be extended to sales organizations and distribution channels to be used in sales processes. 3. SAP SD & MM INTEGRATION:

1. In enterprise structure level, if we assign plant to sales organization


and distribution channel, is proceed sales with the assigned plant, so
that the sales from the combination of a sales organization and a
distribution channel with the respective plant can be facilitated. It is
an integration point of SD-MM.

2. Material master record is a part of MM, but the time of Material


creation (MM01), if we do not extend material to Sales org. And
distribution channel, we cannot use that material in sales process.So
this also integration part of SD-MM.

3. At the time of sales order process, when we put material in item level,
all data will be fetching from material master record ( MM01),another
integration part of SD-MM.

4. At the time of Post goods issue in outbound delivery part in sales,


material automatically deducted to warehouse. This also integration
part of SD-MM.

5. To execute sales order process, shipping point determination is


mandatory, this determination is a combination of shipping condition,
loading group and plant. Where loading group comes from material
master record. If we do not determine this, sales order showing
shipping point missing related issues, effect we cannot process the
order. This is also the integration part of SD-MM.

6. At the time of stock transport order, STO order generated by using


purchasing document, but at the time of delivery (replenishment) is to
be done by sales part. So, this is of integration part of SD-MM.
