The student teacher aimed to build relationships with their mentor teacher (MST) and other school members over 2-3 weeks. Regular communication through WhatsApp, during breaks, and helping in the classroom would help obtain feedback and support to improve teaching skills. Positive student-teacher relationships can improve interpersonal and professional skills. Evidence of success would be feedback from the MST on goals and a good relationship established in that timeframe.
