ABSTRACT
Quality control is essential for all business types, it must be properly practiced
within the business or establishment. This aspect will justify what is the quality of the
products or the service that they offer. We visited some electronics related businesses
to see their means of quality control; Negrido Electronics, an electronics shop situated
at Area-1 and Quantum Leap, an electronics shipping company situated at Carmona,
Cavite. We asked permission to the OIC of the two business to conduct a short
interview regarding the physical arrangement of their store/office, their ways of handling
the products and their personnel. According to them, the physical arrangement of an
electronics store/business must be properly planned and well-arranged, all components
must be stored properly to avoid any damage as well as their ways of handling and
storing of the products/components must be done with caution.
RATIONALE
This documentation aims to emphasize the importance of good quality control.

To support this, we opted to find two electronics businesses which are completely
different from each in many aspects yet have the same perspective in their means of
quality control.
OBJECTIVES
 To learn different means of quality control being practiced by different

companies/store
 To know the perks of having a well-organized storage area/room
 To see the importance of good relationship with employees/personnel

SUMMARY
Negrido Electronics is an electronics supply shop at Area-1. The owner himself is

the officer in charge sometimes his wife or their daughter serves as his substitute if he
was not around. With this, they don’t need to hire some personnel for their business, an
extra saving for them. Their shop is quite small. There are two mid-high glass shelves in
L position that separates them from the customer. From the customers perspective, you
can see everything clearly, their storage are visible to the customers. And though it is
small, everything is stored properly and it is easy for them to find and just reach for the
products that is being bought. Most of their customers are students from nearby schools
and universities and their physical arrangement are of big help for the students to find
and choose from the variety of their products. I myself, as a customer of this shop can
confidently say that they are good in proper handling of their products. They ensure that
everything is in good condition before handing it over to the customer, they will even
test it in front of you.
Quantum Leap is a shipping company of electronics supplies. We were permitted

by the company owner himself, Mr. Enrico Aquino, graduate of certificate in electrical
technology at Technological University of the Philippines to see their storage room and
even give some details about their company. Mr. Aquino manage his own company and
they only have few personnel. According to him, maintaining a good employee relations
is important to boost the productivity of his staff and improve their service. Quality over
quantity, headded. They have a storage room where they store all their products, it is
stored according to its type and functionality. They maintain it that way to make the work
easier and to keep it organized.
