Greetings of Peace!
Majority of the members of the Graduating Class of 2018 agreed to hold the graduation ceremony this
coming April 7, 2018 in a well-organized and convenient place. After some planning and costing, it has
been declared to hold the Baccalaureate Mass at San Roque Chapel, Subic Bay Freeport Zone and the
Graduation Ceremony after the mass at the Traveler’s Hotel and Event Center, Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
In this regard, please be informed that the Graduation Fee has been determined and has amounted to Php
8,500.00 which covers the cost of the following:
1. Managed buffet for three (3) during the St. Benilde’s 10th Commencement Exercises
2. Thanksgiving/Baccalaureate Mass
3. Certificates and Medals (excluding Transcript of Records, Diploma, good Moral Certificate, and
Certificate/s of Training)
4. Graduation Pictures
a. Actual Graduation (3 shots, printed)
b. Actual Graduation all shots (CD)
c. Graduation Pictures
i. 1 copy of 8X10 framed photo for each graduating student (toga colored with cap)
ii. 1 copy of 2X3 photos (toga colored with cap)
iii. 4 copies of 2X3 photos (toga colored without cap)
iv. 1 copy of 4X6 phot (formal attire)
v. 4 copies of 1X1 (formal attire)
vi. 4 copies of 2X2 (formal attire)
vii. Make-up during pictorial

If payment will be made through installment basis, the Graduating Class of 2018 and St. Benilde’s
Administration agreed to have the following payment schedule:

Graduating students who want to avail additional tickets must advise the Accounting Office and the Office
of Student Affairs and Services. Additional tickets costs Php 1,000.00 pesos each which is to be paid at the
school cashier on or before March 16, 2018 only.
