I Think that peer observation develops the self-esteem and self-confidence of the observee. Bushra was

well prepared and organized during this lesson and she listened carefully to my feedback. She agreed

with the strength and the areas of development that I selected. She mentioned that she will focus on the

voice tune and she will use more creative activities. I feel that it was a valuable experience because I

had enjoyed observing this lesson, I also learned the using materials will motivate students and engage

them.
