NCCBM Payment

The Chief Engineer requests that the Executive Engineer of Bhubaneswar (R&B) Division No. 1 provide transaction details for a payment of Rs. 58,304 made to the National Council for Cement and Building Materials (NCCBM) for a training program. Compacting concrete & high performance concrete”, held at NCB-Ballabagarh from 17-
19 April, 2018. – Request for submission of transaction details

Sir,
With reference to the above subject under references, it was requested to send the copy of
the transaction details of the allotted amount of ₹ 58, 304/- as residential course fee for three
participants in favour of NCB- Ballabgarh for the training programme on “Advances in Concrete
Technology covering use of Admixture, Self- Compacting concrete & high performance concrete”
conducted during April 17 to 19, 2018. The details of such payment is not also available with them
and to the undersigned. Please forward the bank transaction details if payment have already made
or else please arrange to release the payment at the earliest through online bank transfer preferably
through SB Collect Portal or through RTGS/ NEFT in favour of National Council for Cement and
Building Materials or else furnish the details of transaction record so as to enable us to intimate
the NCCBM.
In this context, it is requested to furnish the copy of the details of transactions of the amount
in favour of the beneficiary to the undersigned within two days for taking necessary action at this
end.

This may be treated as MOST URGENT.
