Task 1: Diagnostic Assessment Interview

Focused intervention self assessment, and pre-test.

2. When did this occur?

Before starting the lesson.

3. What types of assessments were conducted? (written, oral, practical,


etc.)

Practical = on Math book as assessment


Reading = Flash cards

4. Who developed these assessments?

The school.

5. Who conducted the assessments? (Classroom teacher, Arabic teacher,


classroom assistant, etc.)

Classroom teacher and the assistant.

6. Were the assessments completed by students individually?

Yes.

7. What information did you hope to get from the assessments?

I would like to get more differentiated assessment.

8. What decisions did you make based on the assessments?

1- New plan to be done for groups level.


2- More self assessment in both summative and formative assessment.

In the carpet – with different levels during focused activity groups or


some levels.
