    Hamilton Realty Finance Adds Curtis Jaggars

    Dallas, Texas – Friday, December 7th, 2018 – Hamilton Realty Finance (“Hamilton”, or “HRF”) is
    excited to announce the expansion of our Dallas-based team with the addition of Curtis Jaggars. His
    move to Hamilton is a homecoming, as Jaggars was part of the Quadrant Realty Finance team prior to
    its acquisition by JLL in 2013. Curtis remained with JLL since the acquisition, becoming an Executive
    Vice President of the Real Estate Investment Banking team. Jaggars also brings a wealth of knowledge
    on the acquisitions side, having spent 19 years and becoming a Partner with Catlyn Capital
    Corporation.

    “Curtis was a cornerstone at Quadrant Realty Finance and a key component to the success and growth
    of JLL’s capital markets group in Dallas,” said Hutton Lunsford, a Partner at Hamilton Realty Finance.
    “We at Hamilton could not be more excited to have Curtis join the team. He adds tremendous value to
    every platform that he is a part of and is already considered family by most of our group here.”

    Curtis earned both his Undergraduate and Master's degrees from Texas A&M University, and began
    his career initially with Gordon and Young. Jaggars will be joining Hamilton in a production role and
    will be responsible for sourcing new clients, growing the Hamilton brand, and serving as a hands-on,
    experienced partner to our current clients as we expand our national outreach.

    HRF is excited for the final stretch of its second full calendar year in operation. With 45 financings
    closed year to date, we project nearly $2 billion in debt and equity sourced for the year. With our
    recently established correspondent-lender relationship with PGIM Real Estate Finance and our
    continued growth of the team, Hamilton will carry the momentum from our success this year into our
    performance in 2019.
