JSBL, NBP, PRI, Square Trade, Trakker and Warid, and Unilever Pakistan where I provided complete
HR services, my core responsibilities are to manage and provide complete HR services included:
Efficiently and effectively managing all day to day related aspects of HR.
Promoting equality & diversity as part of the culture in the organization.
Handling Grievances, Performance and Other Coaching and Counseling Sessions by providing
advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.
Handling Compensation & Benefits Functions.
Facilitating employees with HR policies, New Induction Trainings etc.
Employee Promotions and Transfers and Outgoing Employees Process.
Employee Attendance and Leaves Structuring.
Employee Engagement Initiatives such as Climate surveys, 360 Degree and Supervisor Surveys
and Evaluations of Support Functions.
Providing accurate & timely information for Payroll (new hires, transfers, separations, etc.).
Accurate & timely uploading of employee data on HRIS.
Confirmations: Confirming employees without delay, conducting (and following up with HR
team for) sessions, filling PF and Insurance forms.
Record keeping (and audit) of personnel files.
Resolve day to day HR operational matters.
Maintain dashboard of sessions conducted by HR team.
Arrange Internal Posting test, interviews.
HR Dialogues with CSE, Supervisors, and Support Staff & Orientation for new hire's.
Provide employee verification when required.
