Day 4: A Day in Montmartre Hill

Gare Basse - Funiculaire

Comment: Day 4, we start our day by arriving at Gare Basse for the “funiculaire”. Gare
Basse is a station that has a transporting system that helps tourists move the way up to the
Paris di Sacré-Coeur (the church) on the Montmartre Hill =)).
The reason we use the funiculaire is because of Mr. Martin’s health issue that makes it
hard for him to clim stairs.

Comment: A spectacular construction that stands still against the power of time is
absolutely worth a visit. Oh wait, we can’t miss the inside too.

sit and sip a cup of coffee in a corner of the square.
