Sedef shipyard is also located in Istanbul. This shipyard has been involved in
important projects with advanced technology. Presently, they are getting ready for
military projects.
Observed the flow of work and various steps in the planning department.
Analyzed how the various plans were coordinated and executed. For example, after a
demand from a various location on the shipyard was made I learned how to order and
provide the needed materials to the specific location and to ensure timeliness.

Academic Projects
Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV)
As part of a group, I helped design a vehicle that can operate under water.
I studied vehicle design. Optimization was performed for consuming less energy and
being exposed to the minimum value of force. Required thrust calculations were
performed. According to calculation, engine was chosen.

24 Meter Trawler Yacht
Individually designed a 24 meter Trawler Yacht using MAXsurf, Rhino software
The body design of yacht was performed by MAXsurf. Hydrostatic, hydrostability,
tank calibration calculations was performed by MAXsurf. It uses IMO criterias.
Finally, 3D design was performed by Rhino.
