Support Technician (Contractual)

Education Qualification and Experience:-

 Should be BCA / B.Sc.(CS/I.T.) With 55 % as minimum qualification.

Or

 Polytechnic Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering.

 2 Years minimum of relevant experience.

Technical Skills:-

 Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

 Technical Troubleshooting in Microsoft Windows XP, and 7.

 Troubleshooting knowledge of computer network.

 Provide technical support to end-users within the institute.

 Determine, identify and troubleshoot technical problems relating to software and hardware
issue.

 Install and configure software programs and applications.

 Maintain and manage audio & video related equipments.
