Age Criteria Maximum age 39 years

Experience 10 – 14 Years

Work Location Delhi

Key Responsibilities

1. Shall be able to lead the product management lifecycle, which includes but not limited
to feature identification and prioritization, collaboration and coordination, UAT
execution, user manuals.

2. Shall be able to create roadmap for the product/analytical model and envision the way
in which the product/model may evolve.

3. Shall be able to devise/propose innovative analytical solutions/approaches to the


Technology Team.

4. Shall be able to handle complex ideas and break them down into concise and effective
requirements to drive product development.

5. Product manager will be responsible for converting System Requirement in to a


product with multiple Interfaces (Offline, Online, API, Mobile).

6. Shall be able to stitch complete product in a manner that user have same experience
using various flavour of product (offline/Online/Mobile/API).

7. Shall be able to work across business and technical team of GSTN and implement
their requirement.

8. Shall work closely with UI/UX resource and assist him in designing intuitive/ simple
user interfaces for complex business requirement to provide good user experience

► Bachelors/Masters in Engineering/Management/CA with 10+ years of experience of
which at least 3-4 years of experience as a Product Manager in the field of Data
Analytics
► Sound knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in managing agile
development of IT Products
► Person should have experience in designing product with great UI/UX and good
knowledge of “Human-centered design”
► Strong Analytical, decision-making and creative problem solving skills
► Domain Knowledge/Experience in finance and Taxation will be a plus
► Person should be able to work as individual contributor and also can lead a small
team
