Terms and Conditions:

1. All payments to be made as per the payment schedule mentioned overleaf.


2. Every payment should be accompanied by proportionate prevailing service tax.
3. Registration, Stamp Duty and VAT will be extra and subject to change as per
Government norms.
4. Maintenance and Corpus Fund charges will be extra as per the then prevailing
Charges – Payable at the time of Registration of the apartment.
5. Water and Electricity caution/security deposits will be extra as per government

6. Management reserves the right to change prices without any prior intimation.
7. Bigger plots than the standard size and the build-up area more than the standard

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

1st Installment 20% At the time of signing AOS

2nd Installment 25% On Completion of Foundation

3rd Installment 20% On Completion of Ground floor Slab

4th Installment 15% On Completion of 1st Floor Slab

5th Installment 10% On Completion of Plastering

6th Installment 5% On completion of Flooring

7th Installment 5% At the time of Handover
