Disc Brake System Performance driven.


TSC’s air-cooled disc brake design is time-tested and
field-proven with more than 500 legacy units. The disc brake
system is available as an e-brake or hydraulic applied system.
The TSC design is specifically adaptive to previous genera-
tion Drawworks equipped with “band brake assemblies” and
other systems that do not require high thermal capabilities,
such as mooring winches or other heavy winch assemblies.

ing functional parts to a minimum.

Both the mechanical and hydraulic systems are designed in
accordance with applicable DNV and ABS specifications,
where applicable.
