Modelling Methods
Modelling Methods
Sequence identity between human and mouse ABCB1 is 88%. Sequences of human and mouse
ABCB1 were aligned using muscle [1]. Models of human ABCB1 were developed on the basis of
mouse ABCB1 (PDB ID: 4XWK) [2] used Modeller version 9.15 [3]. The automodel procedure was
applied to generate 100 models, ranked according to the DOPE score [4] and the best model used for
visualization.
