Provisions of Presidential Decree No. 442, otherwise known as the Labor Code of the Philippines, as amended and Presidential Decree No. 1096, otherwise known as the National Building Code and other laws, decrees, orders or regulations in conflict or inconsistent with the provisions of this Fire Code are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. Section 17. Effectivity. This Fire Code and its Rules and Regulations shall take effect thirty (30) days after their publication in newspapers of general circulation.
