Rajat Stationery and Xerox is a retail organization that has been into existence for more than 30 years.

With clients that include top corporates like deloitte it has been a constant synonym for stationery
products. Located in prime area of Fort, Churchgate it has a vast footfall of customers from all areas.

Mr.Harsh nishar is a third generation entrepreneur who has been handling 4 shops on his own with help

IDL proposal:

Sense of complacency amongst employees when not under direct supervision—We observed shirking of
duties on the employees part in the absence of the owner/s. Instances of extended refreshments breaks
or other forms of absence from station were observed on all days when owners were absent from store.

Prior complaints of owner (interaction with owner)

Observation on weekend.
