System Requirements for live streaming
Minimum/Maximum:
Operating System:
The following Windows 32-bit versions are supported:
Windows XP SP3
Windows Vista
The 64-bit versions are not supported. Please see the Stream Readme for Operating
System specific configuration issues.
CPU (minimum):
The number of streams that you can encode in real time (and their resolution/bit rate) is
dependant on the speed of your CPU.
Intel Processor
For Stream 2.0: Pentium 4 Intel processor or higher
For Stream 3.0: Dual Intel processors or dual-core processors or higher
AMD Processor
AMD processor and chipset:
IBM Intellistation A Pro Model 6224-37Z with dual AMD Opteron 2.2 GHz Processors or
higher
Hard Drive: 7200RPM IDE hard drive (or higher RPM drive) for SD capture; RAID for
HD capture at higher data rates
Cost:$650-760
This will diagram or table shows much file storage space you'll require when we encode your videos,
here's a chart which details file sizes based on video that has been encoded at different bandwidth
speeds. Although these are some of the more popular choices, we can encode your videos using any
bandwidth settings you specify.
