    FINAL EXAMINATION IN INDUSTRY IMMERSION

    1. Discuss the importance of Industry Immersion Practices in the life of the Senior High
    School Students.
    Industry Immersion will create an impact to every Senior High School student
    because immersion will help them to maximize their skills and potentials. This will
    serve as their internship program before stepping up to college as their chosen
    specialization. They will experience the real life situation of what course they are
    about to take. Immersion will help them not only to maximize their skills but also
    in building social relationship.

    2. During Pre-Immersion activity, students are given orientation about the expected behaviors
    during work immersion. Choose and discuss two (2) of the five (5) behaviors below.
    A. Work Ethics
    - Having the right attitude towards work will help each student to be more
    responsible as an intern. They must know what acceptable and unacceptable
    behavior they must possess because every workplace has different atmosphere
    which includes the behavior of employees and employers.
    B. Safety in the Workplace
    C. Workplace Rights and Responsibilities
    - It is important that the students know the workplace rights and responsibilities.
    They must understand their rights as a student and not be deprived of their own
    skills. When you fully understand your workplace rights and responsibilities, you
    are able to show what you’ve really got. Knowing their responsibility will help
    them to achieve their goal as a student taking up immersion.

    3. During immersion proper, students are allowed only to observe the workers during the
    production processes. REACT.
    Immersion means there is an involvement. During immersion proper the student
    must not only to observe but to develop and use his/her skills for further
    improvement. If the student will only observe, how can he/she experience the real
    workforce? They must involve. Use what they have learned. Improve what needs
    to be improve. Learn something they didn’t study. Show their capability and ability.
    4. Discuss the importance of school and industry partnership in work immersion program.

    The partnership of school and industry is very important when it comes in work
    immersion program because before immersion proper, both parties must have agreed to
    and prepared certain strategies and relevant framework for the students. In line with this,
    the students will be able to know their limitations and show their skills.
