Run Vmware Workstation Click On Power On

Run VMWARE WorkStation and power on the Windows Server virtual machine. Once loaded, press CTRL + ALT + INSERT to enter the password "a" at the login screen. Double click SA Manage Console, right click the SAP system, select Start, and enter password "a". Monitor the color changes from gray to yellow to green, which indicates the system is ready. Log in to SAP using username "sapuser" and password. When finished working, log off SAP, stop the SAP system, and power off the VMWARE virtual machine.

Run VMWARE WorkStation

Click on Power On

Wait to Windows Server to load


At the below screen press CTRL + ALTR + INSERT

Or Goto Menu – VM (if you donot have an Insert Key in the key board)
Once the CTRL + ALTR+ INSERT is selected

Password is a – (small alphabet a only)

Wait window to load

Use / toggle full screen key to view in full screen


Double Click on SA Manage Console

Right Click on Sap system – All task - start

Password – a
Wait till colour changes to green

Grey – yellow – green

Once green can minimize the console and run sap logon

Click on Log On
User name and Password – sapuser

After finishing work on SAP – Log Off

Maximise the console

Righht click on Sap System – All Task – Stop

Yes on Confirmation Screen


Wait till Grey again

While closing the console

Click No on Dialogue Box

Closing the VMWare


Power Off

It will take some time to close.
