10:00-11:00 GAS 11

I. OBJECTIVES
At the end of the session, the students will be able to:
1. 100% students attendance in administering the Final Examination.

II. CONTENT AND MATERIALS


A. Topic: Earth and Life Science
B. Materials: Test Questionnaire ( 40 items )

III. PROCEDURE

1. Distribution of the Test Questions

2. Reading the instructions to the students before the examination starts. Let the
students write their complete name, grade level and section, date. Let the students know
that the examination will be done in one hour.

3. Before the examination allow the students to do their personal needs/ necessities (go
to C.R., to ready their ballpen/papers etc. within one minute) Students are not allowed
to bring cellphone or any gadgets. Let the students prepare the answer sheets and
ballpen on the top of their respective chair. Inform the students the time allotted each
part of the test question:
Multiple Choice 40 items (45 minutes)
During the examination: Let the students avoid making any noise, yelling. If there
are clarifications/ questions, let them raise their right hand. Instruct the students to read
carefully the questions. The students will be given 15 minutes to review their answer
sheets and Test Question.

4. Make sure that all students of Senior High School can answer the 40 items. Give the
instructions clearly to the students. Impose the rules and regulation in taking
examination.
The time allotted each part of the test question:
Multiple Choice 40 items (answer within 45 min.)
10 minutes review for the questions and answer (each student)
Emphasize the importance of the examination.

5. Facilitate / Distribute the Test Paper with 40 items (Multiple Choice) to the students.
Administer the evaluation sheets (Earth and Life Science) to each students.
