The PRA hereby appoints as a PRA Accredited Marketer, upon such terms
and conditions as set out herein.
2) PRA shall retain property rights over printed materials, (e.g. marketing aids, logos, and images). In
the event that the Marketer produces his own materials, he/she should get the approval of PRA before
printing and disseminating such materials at his expense.
3) PRA reserves the right to withdraw, terminate, or cancel a Marketer’s Accreditation for non-
compliance with any of all the conditions in the Contract. The termination shall take effect not earlier
than thirty (30) days from the receipt of written notice of the termination. The notice of termination
shall be published once in a newspaper of national circulation.
1) The Marketer agrees to produce and/or enroll at least two (2) completely documented and successful
SRRV applicants during the first year and at least six (6) for each succeeding year.
3) The Marketer must inform PRA about his/her promotional activities for the prospective retiree-
applicants together (e.g. report or list of participants specifying the date, venue, name, age, sex, and
nationality).
4) The Marketer shall hold PRA free and harmless against any and all claims for his/her acts and for any
statements or actions that may adversely affect the PRA Special Resident Retiree Visa Program and/or
cast negative image upon the Philippines or its people.

5) The Marketer shall provide assistance to retiree-applicants/s in securing the necessary documents for
his/her SRR Visa application.
6) The Marketer shall accompany his/her prospective retiree in filing the application for SRRV with
PRA. Otherwise, unaccompanied applicant shall be considered as walk-in except with prior notice by
fax or e-mail, or attachment of the duly signed Notice of Client Registration (formerly Certificate of
Attendance).
7) The Marketer shall be responsible for the expenses incurred by him/her in the performance of the
obligations incurred pursuant to this Contract, and is forbidden from charging the prospective retiree
any amount, which would serve as reimbursement for expenses incurred by the Marketer.
8) The Marketer is only authorized to collect from the prospective retiree the full amount of the
processing fee imposed by the PRA. Upon receipt of such amount, the Marketer is given five (5)
working days to remit to the PRA the processing fee.
9) The Marketer is absolutely prohibited from charging fees of any kind from prospective retiree with
regard to the SRR Visa applied for by the prospective retiree.
10) In the event that the charging of fees is inevitable, so as to defray necessary expenses of the marketer
in the promotion of the program, the amount to be charge to the prospective applicant must be
documented and subject to the approval of the PRA
11) The Marketer must have a working and current knowledge of the retirement program/options, and
must be updated and ensure that prospective applicants fully understand all pertinent laws affecting
thereto.
12) A Marketer applying for renewal shall be required to pay a fee of USD$ of 150.00, and deferment of
which shall be allowed subject to the approval of the General Manager, and provided further that the
same shall be deducted from the proceed of the first enrolled retiree.
13) For proper monitoring of marketer-applicants, NO accreditation fee as a Marketer may be paid
directly to the cashier WITHOUT the order of payment from the Administrative Division.
1) The accredited Marketer shall be entitled to an incentive fee of US$500.00 payable in the Philippine
Peso less 10% withholding tax for individual marketers, 6% for Vat registered corporations, or 3% for
non-VAT registered companies for each principal retiree issued the SRR Visa.
2) PRA shall see to it that the incentive fee of US$500.00 shall be paid the Marketer not later than fifteen
(15) working days from the time the SRR Visa was issued to client-retiree, and the Marketer should
issue a valid official receipt to claim the said commission.
3) Entitlement to commission is subject to the submission by the Marketer of the Notice of Client
Registration (formerly the Certificate of Attendance), duly signed by him and his retiree-applicant,
countersigned and noted by the concerned PRA officers, and his being an active Marketer for the
current year.
4) In case of conflicting claims, the Marketer who first registers his/her prospective client by mail, e-
mail, or fax, gets the incentive fee.
Marketer is active or has renewed his accreditation and has no outstanding obligations to PRA;
Entitlement to the Persistency Bonus every year provided the retiree enrolled under the SMILE
program is still a member for the year the persistency bonus is being claimed and that the Marketer
exerted effort to keep the retiree in good standing, if the retiree has paid the annual fee of US$ 360.00
for the current year.

SECTION 5. GROUNDS FOR CANCELLATION AND REVOCATION OF ACCREDITATION
Any of the following acts or omissions shall be sufficient ground for the cancellation or revocation of
accreditation:
1. Voluntary cancellation
2. Death.
3. Making any false declaration or statement or making use of any such declaration or statement or any
document containing the same or committing fraud or any act of misrepresentation for the purpose of
obtaining the grant of accreditation.
4. Acts inimical to the retirement industry.
5. Violation or non-compliance with any of the provisions of the rules, orders, decisions, or circulars,
issued by PRA.
6. Failure of the Marketer to abide by any of the provision of this Contract, without prejudice to any civil
or criminal action, may be filed against him/her by the PRA.
7. Pirating another’s prospective client or conspiring with any employee to defraud PRA.
8. Similar acts as may be determined by PRA.
Provided the Marketer has no arrears in the payment of fees to the PRA, this Contract may be renewed
every year, upon mutual consent of both parties.

SECTION 10. ENTIRE CONTRACT.
It is expressly agreed that this Contract embodies the entire intentions of the parties in relation to the
subject matter and that no understandings or other Contract, verbal or otherwise in relation thereto, exist
between the parties except as herein set forth.
2) The provisions of this Contract and the obligations created or incurred arising from it shall survive
changes in the respective organizations and officers of the parties.
3) The signatories herein respectively warrant their full authority to represent their respective companies,
to negotiate for the terms and conditions herein and to execute this Contract, which shall bind their
respective principals.
4) Nothing contained herein shall create nor be interpreted to create an employer-employee relationship
between PRA and the Marketer and their respective associates and employees.
5) It is clearly understood that any failure on the part of PRA to demand compliance with any of the
terms and conditions of this Contract or any act of Liberality on the part of PRA shall not be construed
as a waiver on the part of PRA for the enforcement of this Contract nor shall release the MARKETER
of any of its obligations provided hereunder.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this instrument to be signed on the date and at
