Relative to the above, may we provide you with the following supplemental guidelines: 1. On Item IV, Award Criteria: Attached is the LLA Sub indicators/Criteria with corresponding pointscore for your reference. p On Item VI, B, 7: ‘The Executive Summary shall be prepared by the Regional Award Committee following the format provided in the said MC. For clarification, focus of assessment sefers to the areas where the sangguaian is evaluated while the assessement methodology refers to the process and methods used in the assessment of sanggunians. Again, submission of documents in an electronic file format is preferred. 3. Ox tem VII, B, 10, Submission of nomination and supporting documents to the National Secretariat: Considering that the awarding of the National Winners will coincide with the End- ‘Term Assembly of the PCL scheduled on March, 2019, no extension on the submission shall be allowed. 4, On Item VIL The PCL National Office reiterated to their Provincial Federation Presidents and Regional Council Chairmen the provision of technical, as well as cash assistance in the implementation of the LLA at the local level. 5: On Item IX: “The Mobilization Fund from the PCL has already been released through the DILG Regional Directors, who has the discretion on how to utilize the fund in the implementation of the LLA.
