My Dear Professor!

I’ am very delighted to be the student under your supervision for my MS/MPhil study in public
administration at Nanjing University of Science and Technology University. Thank you very
much for providing me the opportunity to express my feelings regarding my higher study in
china.

Qualification: My BS (Hons) Public Administration will completed from Government College

University Faisalabad, Pakistan, in July 2017, with CGPA of 3.88 out of 4.00. I am an active
somehow indulgent student among others during my BS-Public Administration studies, very
often involved in many curricular and co-curricular activities. In fact, I am up to the mark and
honoured in the top 1st student of 120 students in my BS Public Administration class. I have
always shown willingness and academic skills have been an important consideration to me
and good understanding of them. I am interested in public administration Higher studies
because ‘’ everyone in the world knows that public administration embraces all the activities
of all the government and civil sectors. Hence as an activity the scope of public administration
is no less than the scope of state activity.it has to manage government industries and regulate
private industries. Public administration covers every area and activity within the ambit public
policy. Public administration is the important pillar of any nation. There is a revolution in
public administration which has been sweeping and developing the advanced countries of the
world in highly significant ways. To me, it is a really exciting and rousing time that I want to
be involved in, and through this statement, I wish to show my personal effort, commitment
and suitability to study this subject at a high academic level. I believe it is a very exciting and
empowering subject where will always be something new to learn and there are also lots of
opportunities. I am attracted by it is a vibrant and lively environment in which new ideas,
technologies and techniques are being developed all the time. As a hand’s on a person who
has a creative streak, line, and good judgement, I am energetic and spirited to work in an
industry where I will be able to come up with my own ideas and then be involved in
developing, cherishing and executing them. For me personally, there is a lot of satisfaction to
be gained from challenging yourself and then achieving.

Experience: Now a day in these highly competitive days, every person should work hard to
get success in this world and especially in Pakistan where are very few opportunities for
everyone. According to my observation, I realized that to get a good job in the administration,
you need to have not only qualification but also a practical experience just as much as a
qualification. That’s why I have put a lot of struggle into doing plenty of relevant
extracurricular activities and trying my best to gain as much work experience as possible. To
this effect, I am currently attached to two local welfare organization and doing an internship
in public school nowadays. I did a 12 weeks internship in Jamshed public School Stak Skardu
Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. Also attended a number of workshops and seminars related to my
field. Where I got many chances to learn practical knowledge.

My personality: By fact, I am socially active person with friendly nature, as a flexible, creative,
innovative and independent individual, I have excellent interpersonal skills that allow me to
communicate excellently and effectively in written, oral and visual forms. I keep a keen view
to the reality of life thus approach people with positive mind and attitude and always prove
helpful with honest efforts and true dedication. Besides that I always feel very joyous and
fortunate to meet and greet people belonging to different backgrounds and cultures. As such
meetings are always important because they prove to be beneficial in future also it makes
things easy to cope whether one works or studies in his own country or outside the country.
