14. (a) Calculators usually cost shs. 15,000 each. They are sold to 40 students of Lakeside
Luzira each at a discount of 10%. How much do these students pay for all
calculators?
(b) A t eacher invested shs. 1,000,000 at 8% compound interest per annum.
How much interest will she earn after two years?
