Confederation of Indian Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (CIMSME) and Centre
of Excellence for Innovation Incubation and Entrepreneurship (CEIIE) is unit of
International Council of Technology, Management, and Applied Engineering
and a registered corporation in Delaware USA International Council of
Technology, Management, and Applied Engineering Inc. Confederation is a
national business network of 4,100+ leading entrepreneurs. Founded in recent past
by a group of young entrepreneurs, Confederation enables business owners to learn
from each other, leading to greater business success and an enriched personal life.
Confederation of Indian Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises have decided to

host yearlong “STARTUP MITRA CONFERENCE” across various colleges of Uttar
Pradesh and thus identify right college for hosting “Centre of Excellence for
Innovation Incubation and Entrepreneurship (CEIIE)”.
Program Agenda
1. Inaugural Session (By Guest of Honors)
2. Subject Matter Expert, Industry ExpertSession (Discussions & QA on
Startup, Entrepreneurship & Support System).
3. Idea Representation Session.

● Jury panel for identifying winners (at least one member will be from your
college)

stakeholders.
CEIIE provide special advisory services that can benefit an organization in public or
private sector (Large, medium, small and Start-ups, government departments,
Financial & Educational Institutions and NGOs).
These Centre of excellence provide Specialized Services to build Leadership,
Strategy for Sustainability, Identify and Adapt Clean Technologies and Management,
Enhance Energy efficiency and become Environment friendly, adopt world class
practices in Logistics and Manufacturing Management through the Japanese
approach: TQM, TPM, TOC, Lean, Six Sigma, VLFM) and Western approach and
help to benchmark for Business Excellence. One of the Centres is dedicated to
competence building for SMEs through the cluster approach, and this Centre is a
one stop shop for this priority sector.
The services range from providing networking opportunities with other business
organizations, institutions, governments, political and business leaders; participation
in industrial and business missions; seminars, training programmes, conferences;
opportunities to involve in social sector activities.
