Project Description:
GSK is a leading pharmaceutical industry, head office based out of UK and main branches are located in
USA. GSK Data warehouse holds the environmental pharmaceutical sales and marketing data. And it has
user customer handshake process.
The objective of this project is Support and Maintenance of Teradata development production Services
for North America Pharma IT Data Warehouse applications wherein some new Pharmacy specific
business applications were built on the underlying newly available Teradata DWH platform, primarily
based on capturing the sales data of pharmacy products that are purchased or sold in various ways and
thereby by providing some valuable business insights. The tasks involve Teradata Database
Administration and maintenance and 24 * 7 operational supports thereby confirming the Business
continuity of an all applications live in the warehouse.
Contribution:
● Performed database administration tasks such as creating and maintaining databases, tables
and views and other objects in the data warehouse.
● User management such as the creation of users, password resets, dropping non-existing users.
● Security management - established roles and profiles, granted and revoked access rights and
roles to user accounts as per requirement
● Space management - Ensured there is enough space on databases, dropped unused objects to
reclaim space, and moved space between databases.

application projects development. In those one is Americas Service CRM Reporting project provides
the details of Service Request, Activity, Activity Tracker, Planned Maintenance, Asset, Parts details
about healthcare products to users of US and CANADA region. And Second one is Global Service
Visibility application provides the material cost details to the management on weekly basis.
Contribution:

Project Description:
Vodafone India Enterprise DWH project take cares of all the applications and services for Vodafone India
Ltd. DWH maintains historical and daily information about Postpaid and Prepaid Data at Subscription
level or at Aggregation level. Source data comes from different Billing Systems like OSS, BSCS, and CRS
& CRM to the reporting servers and CDR Sources are Intelligence Network Systems like Nokia, Ericsson,
Siemens, EMM, RECC & E-TOPUP.
Contribution:
Requirements analysis with Business users and Business Analyst team. Assisted BA in
creating Functional Requirement Document till the final version signed off.
Worked closely with the architecture and technical team to aid the High level and detailed
design creation.
Conducted Walkthrough meetings with development and QA team to discuss & resolve gaps

Company's worldwide volume. Coca-Cola is one of the world biggest brands, which have over 1 billion
consumers with the revenue of 3.2 billion.
Mainly this project includes support, Maintenance, Debugging and validating Data. We are monitoring different
applications like Daily Sales, Minute maid and Fasets of Coca-Cola products. Monitoring Teradata jobs by
using TWS and debugging the problem by using creating and running shell scripts, bteq, Fast load, Mload and
Fast Export scripts. Working on different Maintenance issues according to client requirements. Resolving the
tickets in time depend upon severity by using TSRM Ticketing tool. Generating daily, weekly and monthly
reports by using Micro strategy. This initiative will enable Coca-Cola to understand a customer needs and quick
view of Sales of products. Monitoring Teradata jobs for different applications is the primary responsibility for this
project. This helps the client to maintain the database, monitoring the growth of the data warehouse
environment, keeping historical data, information required for end users and information required for decision
support system.
