Unforgettable experience are memories that have an impact in our life.
In our high school days there are memories that have been created. Such as having new friends, teachers and new environment. And of course the lessons we are learning every day.
Unforgettable experiences are the one we nourish and last for our lives. In this lesson about Measure of Position, there are experiences that have been created. Like, we understand the lesson very fast. The activities that our teacher gave to us and also the bonding we shared with our classmates when there is a group activity. We enjoyed solving, even though the solution is very long we still solving because we love it. The quizzes and summatives also because it’s such a joy when you got a perfect score or even a passing score.
Another unforgettable experience is when I realize that I’m learning
how to love mathematics even better. This lesson is the one who give bright in my mind to love mathematics. And also to my math teacher which is Ma’am Ana who unceasingly reminding us to love mathematics and inspiring us that there is future in numbers. I. Things Learned and Insights
Learning new things is part of our daily routine. And learning is what makes us human and makes our life more meaningful. I know learning math is not easy but it’s a blessing when you understand a topic in mathematics. And mathematics is fun to learn.
There are many things I learned in Measure of Position. I’ve gathered
new information about quartile, decile and percentile. First, I thought this lesson would be difficult but I’m wrong. It is totally exciting and super enjoy. I learn how to compute quartiles for ungrouped data using interpolation and mendenhall and sincich method. Second is solving for decile in ungrouped date and the third one is solving percentile for ungrouped data.
Days goes by, we moved to our next topic which is grouped data. In this lesson I learned that Q2, D5 and P50 have the same value. In this topic you will going to solve also the quartiles, deciles and percentiles. But using different formulas. I have also learned in this topic is just a preparation for our research. And the last topic that have been discuss is getting the percentile rank. Solving for the percentile rank is like solving percentile but the formula is different. All the things that I’ve discussed are the things that I learned in this topic. II. DIFFICULTIES
Having difficulties is part of our life. And in mathematics
difficulties are normal. Don’t be afraid if you have difficulties because these are the one who will give you strength. Mathematics is a tough subject, but when you automatically understand it will be simple to you.
In this lesson, I’ve encountered difficulty in differentiating the
formulas. It is also difficult to analyze the problems because I’m not good in analyzation. In this lesson , percentile rank became very difficult to me because the day they discuss it, I’m not around. But I try my best to understand this one because if I do that it will become easier to solve.
