Definitions:

IBO (Independent Business Owner):The members eligible to receive commissions in the compensation
plan. To be qualified to be an Independent Marketing Affiliate, this member must have an active account in
the system by paying the $15/month administration fee. If an IBO has referred 3 active personally sponsored
purchasers (IBOs or Customers), then their $145/month fee for product is waived.

Customers: Retail customers who purchase the product. These members are not eligible for commissions.
If they refer 2 or more active retail customers then their $145/month fee for the product is waived. a 2 for
free concept.

Commissionable Value (CV): The total value associated with a product to be paid out in the compensation
plan.

Personal Volume (PV): The sum of the CV from personal purchases and the purchases of personally
sponsored customers

Group Volume(GV): The sum of all volume in all the legs below you to unlimited depth plus your personal
PV.

Qualified Group Volume (QGV): The sum of all volume in all the legs below you to unlimited depth plus
your personal PV where no more than 40% of that volume from a single leg is counted and a minimum of
55% of that volume has come from retail customers purchases.

Leg Rule: When achieving rank, no more than 40% of the Group Volume from any single uni-level leg may
count.

Customer Rule: When achieving rank, a minimum of 55% Active Retail Customers is required to count
100% of that legs volume. If less than 55% of the purchasers in a leg are Retail Customers, then the
platform will find the highest number where the current active Retail Customers volume represents 55% of
that sum.

Daily Periods: All daily periods end every night at 11:59 Pacific Time, commissions are run and locked the
following day.

Weekly Periods: All monthly periods end Monday nights at 11:59 Pacific Time, commissions are paid the
following Thursday.

Monthly Periods: All monthly periods end last day of the month at 11:59 Pacific Time, commissions are
paid the following 15th of the next month.

COMMISSION TYPE 1: Daily Rank Bonus

This commission type pays out a 1/30th of the Bonus Income daily that a member maintains their rank.

Weekly Types:

COMMISSION TYPE 2: Customer Acquisition Bonus

$15 one-time bonus for each new active customer an IBO refers.

COMMISSION TYPE 3: Matrix Commissions

This commission type pays out $3/month for every person in your personal matrix. To open up deeper levels
of matrix earning, you must have more personally sponsored IBOs in your matrix.

A matrix is a 3x9 FORCED structure. Members are automatically place left-to-right evenly across the matrix
organization. Once a level is completely full, members are automatically placed on the next level of the
matrix.

COMMISSION TYPE 4: Global Pool

There are 3 pools funded in the platform that members can earn in.

Once the IBO qualifies for the Executive Bonus Pool, they earn a percentage of their entire Group Volume in
each uni-level leg down to the next equal ranked IBO in their Unilevel Genealogy Tree.

For example, if you were a Director and had 72,000GV coming from 3 separate uni-level legs, you would
earn 1% off of each leg up to the max payout per leg. Max Per Leg - This refers to the maximum amount of
money you can make in the Executive Bonus Pool PER leg. In order to generate additional income, you
would need to open new uni-level legs through personally sponsoring. There is no limit to the number of
people you can personally enroll.

COMMISSION TYPE 5: Global Executive Shareholder Pool

1% of Company Net Profits are paid out in up to 2 shares per qualifying IBO monthly.

To qualify the following must be achieved:

Global Executive Shareholder II (2 Shares) - Enroll 10 (Customer or IBO) within first 90 days from
enrollment

Additionally, to qualify, sponsor must maintain active subscription for 12 months, and for that 12
months, must have at least 5 enrollees who have active subscriptions.

IBO Reports:
- Dashboard: Will display total lifetime commissions, from last period, pending orders (shown in real time),
paid as rank and display rank.

- Historical Commissions: Will allow an IBO to pull up a historical period and view the commissions earned
during that time

- Unilevel Genealogy Tree, ability to view the other IBOs they have referred. IBOs can view unlimited levels
in the tree. Fields include First Name, Last Name, Country, Active (Yes/No), Account Type(IBO/Customer),
QGV, PV, GV

- Matrix Graphical Report: displays 3x3 levels of the matrix. On click member can see stats on member,
Current Rank, QGV, GV, PV.

- Rank Report: Member can see their rank by pulling any date and see their actual QGV, GV, PV, and Rank
on a given day.

- Ledger: Member can view earned funds and request them to be sent to their Hyperwallet account or BTC
address.
