This English lesson plan is for students in reception to year 2 and focuses on procedural texts. The lesson will teach students about the features of procedural texts by examining a sample text on making sock puppets. Students will then construct their own procedural text in the form of a pizza recipe by sequencing the instructions and including the necessary terminology. The lesson aims to help students understand and write procedural texts through a hands-on activity making pizza.
