Subject: Permission of sending electrical engineering department’s personal admission message

Respected sir,

It is in your worthy knowledge that School of Electrical Engineering is biggest department in


engineering wing and we have an admission target bigger than any other department i.e. 160
seats. Although university is sending general admission message to the contacts for admissions
but keeping in view our target, we find it suitable and beneficial for the school if higher
management allow us to run our own specific SMS using university’s server. Our message
contains specifications of Electrical Engineering. We want to touch at least 21000 contacts
within three days dated 19-09-2018 to 21-09-2018 via SMS and 2000 people via calls. It is
brought in to your knowledge that our SMS is comprised of 2 messages and if we want to touch
21000 people via SMS, university will have to pay cost for at least 42000 messages. Your
permission is required in this regard. The body of our specific message is also attached for your
kind consideration please.
