TOEFL, GRE & GMAT

Applicants are required to sit for an English exam to evaluate their English language proficiency.
Applicants may sit for the Nile University English Placement Test or sit for the Test of English as a Foreign
Language (TOEFL iBT) exam within the last two years, and to have earned a score of 61 or higher.

When registering and taking your TOEFL iBT exam, please indicate Nile University's institutional code,
1862. This way, official scores can be sent directly to NU's Admissions office.

 TOEFL iBT (Required score: 61; test results valid for 2 years)or its NU equivalent

 Graduate Record Examination (GRE) test scores required for admission to all graduate programs
except for applicants to the Executive MBA (EMBA) program. GRE test results are valid for 5 years*
 Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) for the Executive MBA program. GMAT test scores
are valid for 5 years*

* Students may submit the GRE and GMAT scores during the first semester of their studies.
